Authorities say Ward is from Tulsa but lived in Joplin at the time the murders were committed. Ward has been charged along with Thomas "Mad Dog" Smith in the murders. Detectives say the crime may be linked to gang activity.Ward was scheduled to appear in court in Tulsa today. Reported By: Courtney Cullor
