No Spam List

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Are you tired of those unwanted e-mails? Attorney General Jay Nixon wants to help by creating a no-spam law. The no-spam law would work much like the state`s current no-call list which prohibits telemarketers from calling people who put their names on a statewide list. In this case Missouri Resdients would submit their e-mail addresses to a list that companies or mass e-mailers would have to obtain from the attorney general`s office. Messages sent to those addresses could result in fines or court action against the e-mailers.
