Updated: January 7, 2009
Reports of lost mail are plauging a local post office. After receiving several complaints about lost mail, officials at the Joplin post office say they are looking into the matter. A formal investigation by the United States Postal Service could be launched if a pattern of missing mail is detected. If you need to report missing mail, you can fill out form 15-10 at your local post office.
