Bob Powell from the Missouri Highway Patrol. The officers are all from Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas and make up the Tri-State Major Case Squad. This is the first time an official meeting has been held, giving officers a better chance to become aquainted."It`s just an opportunity for the investigator, not only to renew old aquaintences, comrade s get to know me another but also to familiarize with the latest techniques with investigative practices,"said Lt.
