Oklahoma Police make an arrest in a Joplin homicide case.KSN has learned Oklahoma City Police have made another arrest in the murder of Kendace Decarlo who was shot at her Joplin home last July.
21-year old Donald Overton was arrested in Oklahoma City late this afternoon.
Overton has been at large since July of this year when two other suspects were arrested in the murder. Overton was identified in police documents as an alleged lookout in the incident. Oklahoma City officials say members of the "blood gang" were hiding overton in a warehouse. In addition, it is still unclear whether a weapon believed to have been used in the crime has been located.Decarlo was found shot to death in her Joplin home in July of last year. Two other men Brian McDaniel and Cordell Cain were also arrested earlier this year for the murder. Oklahoma officials also say Overton is also a suspect in a fatal shooting in July in the dallas area. Investigators say that crime may be drug related.
