More Drugs Added to Courtney's Case

The investigation into a Kansas City pharmacist has expanded to include two more drugs. Federal agents are now looking into whether Robert Courtney may have also diluted the drugs Procrit and TPA. An affidavit released today revealed the expanded investigation. Courtney is charged with 20 felony counts of tampering, misbranding and adulterating cancer medications. He has pleaded innocent.
