Joplin Stabbing Follow-Up

A four-state man is charged with assault after police say he stabbed another man at a Joplin restaurant. 46-year old Stephen Cessna has been charged with first-degree assault in connection with a stabbing this weekend. Police say the incident happened at the Hardee`s restaurant at 18th and Main in Joplin. Investigators say Cessna and Rodney Delong were arguing when Cessna stabbed Delong in the abdomen. The injuries to the victim were not life threatening. Cessna is being held in the Jasper County jail on 25-thousand dollars bond. Reported By:Robin Rogers
