Operation Cocaine Cowboys Update

Four defendants in operation cocaine cowboys have been sentenced to prison. Thirty year-old Danna Smith of Carthage was sentenced to one year and six months in prison. A two-year term was given to 33-year-old Amy Reyes, of Anderson. Sentenced to one year in prison was 23-year-old Deanna Brady of Carthage. And a nine-year term was handed to 58-year-old Caasimoror Gonzales of Carthage. All the defendents pleaded guilty to cocaine charges. A fifth defendant 38-year-old Pedro Baldovinos of Joplin is still being sought. Reported By: Robin Rogers
