Almost seventeen years to the week of the Space Shuttle Challenger`s explosion, another tragedy is rocking the nation.
The Space Shuttle Columbia, on its 28th and final mission into space, experienced problems upon re-entry into Earth`s atmosphere.
Reports say all seven astornauts aboard, including Israeli astronaut Ilan Ramon, died.
Ramon was a Colonel in the Israeli Air Force, and the first Israeli to venture into space.
The Commander of Columbia, Rick Husband, was a U.S. Air Force Colonel and former test pilot.
