Updated: January 7, 2009
With war looming, one four state veteran is looking back on his service in Iraq. Jasper County Clerk Ron Mosbaugh served in Desert Storm during 1990, and is sharing his memories. A display of his metals and souvenirs are being exhibited inside the Jasper County Courthouse. Having served in the Gulf War, Mosbaugh says he feels for the young troops stationed overseas during this conflict. "My prayers are with the troops, and the families who have people going over. I feel for them, that`s tough. Actually it`s tougher for the family back here than it is for the guys going over,"said Mosbaugh. If you would like to visit the exhibit, it will be displayed in the Jasper County Courthouse for the next month. Reported By:Brad Douglas
