The war in Iraq is at the front of everyone`s minds, especially the men and women who have been in the shoes of our soldiers. For the past couple days members of VFW post 5293 have been discussing war with Iraq. And while all the men may not agree with the policy. They know from experience how important it is to support our troops. The post Commander says he thinks President Bush has made the right decision. But hopes our soldiers hurry to get the job done and home safe. "I think they exhausted everything they could to prevent it and i think they`re justified in what they`re doing right now. Most of the veterans here feel the same way,"said John Smith, Commander of Post 5293. Some veterans say today`s soldiers are better equipped and fed than they were, and with those advantages, they don`t foresee us doing anything but winning the war. Reported By: Jennifer Grannan
