A Galena, Kansas teenager of hispanic decent accuses officers of police brutality during his arrest. Family members of 18-year old Alberto Reyes say he was arrested last Friday by Galena police at the family`s home. Family members say police were serving reyes with a delinquent tax warrant. But arrested him on suspicion he had taken drugs. The family says police tackled reyes, put him in a stranglehold, broke his arm and beat him until he was unconscious. The family says reyes spent Friday night in critical condition at St. John`s Regional Medical Center in Joplin. Galena city manger Jack Murray says he has asked the Kansas Bureau of Investigation to investigate the matter. Reported By:Robin Rogers
