Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day,and area veterans are looking back on a terrible time in world history. 58 years ago,Keith Fiscus was liberated from the Dachau concentration camp in Germany. He remembers the day each year by dressing up in his red white and blues. But the patriotic colors do not help the horrific images fade as the year pass. 78 year old Fiscus currently works in the greenhouse at the 15th street Wal-Mart in Joplin. It`s a job he is thankful he can do each and every day after coming so close to death. "well I remember it. I don`t forget it. It`s not a celebration type of day. At least I would say it`s an observance. I keep it in mind year after year,"said Fiscus. Fiscus has been working at Wal-Mart for 10 years. When he`s not working in the greenhouse, he works as a greeter at the front door. Reported By:Brad Douglas
