EMS Appreciation Week

Four state heroes are being honored for their service. Representatives from Freeman Health System are honoring local emergency medical services personal for their hard work throughout the year. This week marks national EMS week a week designated to encourage awareness and understanding to the tough jobs of EMS workers. The awareness will help americans recognize and respond to medical emergencies and encourage prevention of injury. This evening EMS workers are being provided with a free barbeque meal until Thursday. Reported By: Brad Douglas
