Neosho County Co. Death

The death of a four state man early this morning has left investigators puzzled. Neosho County, Kansas Sheriff James Keath says a passer by noticed a body lying in the twin cemetary north of Parsons around 5:45 this morning. Officials identifed the body as 32-year-old James Bell of rural Oswego, Kansas. Keath says the cause of death is unknown at this time. The Neosho County coronor is involved in the investigation. Meantime, the body has been sent to Topeka for an autopsy. Reported By:Ryan Loyd
