Carthage, MO- A four state food pantry receives a donation that won't soon be forgotten.
900 cases of egg rolls were recently donated to the Carthage Crisis Center.
And having too much food is a good problem to have if you're a food pantry.
However, it's not everyday when 18 thousand pounds of egg rolls get dropped on your doorstep.
