Bad Living Conditions

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Backuped garbage disposals and bug infestations, it`s unfortunatly what one woman calls home. Rachael Whitaker lives at the Village Oaks Apartments in Joplin and is wanting some changes. She`s having to deal with duck tape on her bath tub, along with bugs and mold in her apartment. She`s asked her landlord Paul Mercules to fix these problems but it has had no affect. Whitaker says if the repairs are not fixed, she plans to address the Joplin City Council to see if they can help. KSN`s contacted the owner Paul Mercules for comment, but he did not return our calls.
