Salvation Army Back To School Help

You can help some area children prepare to head back to school. The Joplin Salvation Army is collecting school supplies to be donated to homeless children living in it`s transitional housing shelter. Salvation Army officials say the families in this program have a hard time getting the needed school supplies for their kids. The Salavation Army houses around three dozen homeless children each school year. Donations will be collected for the next three weeks at the center of hope in Joplin.
