Joplin Physician Faces Charges

A Joplin physician faces charges involving sexual misconduct. Dr. Michael D. Landreneau has been charged with two counts of first-degree sexual misconduct. Although the charges against him were filed today, Joplin Police Department Sergeant Keith Myers says the investigation into the case has been going on since May. Meyer is asking any current or former patients of Landreneau who may have been victimized to contact the department at 623-3131, extension 404.
