A Jasper County jury will soon decide whether a Joplin man is guilty of murder. A jury has been selected for the trial of a man accused of murdering his business partner. The trail for 45 year old Eldon Tinsley Jr. began this morning with jury selection. Tinsley is charged with the May 2001 murder of Myung Kim at his Joplin home. Investigators say Tinsley fatally shot Kim at a home on North Schifferdecker in Joplin. Police say they caught Tinsley removing the body from the house in a 55 gallon barrel. Police allege they caught him trying to move the body out of his house. In an earlier court hearing, Tinsley`s daughter testified her father confessed to the crime. The trial could take up to a week.
