A four-state woman accused of drowning her 17-month old son is charged with first degree murder. 29-year old Toni Torres of Quapaw, Oklahoma made her first appearance in court this morning. Torres confessed to killing the infant last week. Torres told Ottawa County Sheriff`s investigators she drove through a wooded area when her car became stuck on a log. Authorities then say Torres took the infant and her 10-year old son to the banks of Spring river.A fisherman who was on the river at the time called 911 after hearing the children scream.
