Joplin Shooting

Police investigate a double-shooting in the Joplin city limits. The shooting happened at a home at 2204 Florida in Joplin. Reports indicate the case appears to be a an attempted murder-suicide. Police say an elderly man contacted them and said he had shot his wife and was going to shoot himself. When officers arrived at the home they found the elderly woman dead. The woman`s husband had attempted to kill himself but was still alive. He was transported to a local hospital. KSN currently has a crew on the scene.
