Dean Sentenced

An area man will go to prison in connection with the death of a child. 36-year-old Michael Dean of Pineville, Missouri was sentenced to 17 years in prison for the death of three-year old Liberty Duncan. Dean pleaded guilty to the child abuse charges. Officials say Liberty Duncan died while in Foster care at dean`s home in McDonald County. Those caring for the girl told police she fell from a trampoline. But reports say the injuries were consistent with a severe beating. Reported By:Sarah Lonnevik
