Electrical Safety Kits

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Local students are learning about electrical safety. Empire District Electric company is donating 120 electrical safety education kits to area schools. The kits contain lesson plans, activities and worksheets for teachers to use. Empire representatives say they hope the kits will make more people aware of the potential dangers associated with power lines. The kits are designed for grades kindergarten through fourth. If your school has not received a safety education kit, contact Empire District Electric at 625-5114. Reported By:Jennifer Haile
