A suicide note helps investigators piece together a murder suicide. The sister of the man who police say shot his son and then himself speaks out about the tragedy. Authorities say marital problems may have led to 38-year old Russell Graham fatally shooting his 8-year-old son and then himself. The incident happened just before midnight Friday at the Graham home at 619 North Pennsylvania Street in Columbus. Officials say a detailed suicide note was left behind. tThe note explains that Graham was angry at his wife who had recently left him. Authorities say graham shot the boy while he was asleep and then pulled the gun on himself. Graham`s sister Theresa Mills says the family is now dealing with anger and confusion, while she says she blames her brother, she says he was not a monster and loved his son very much. Just 5 hours before the deadly shooting Graham and his estranged wife met in the courthouse parking lot...there the mother dropped off the boy for a scheduled visitation, but that was the last time she would ever see him alive. Officials say the child, had died of a single shot to the abdomen. Authorities said the couple was in the midst of a divorce. Both bodies have been sent to Topeka for an autopsy.
