Community Bazzar

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Local businesses and organizations are getting more exposure thanks to an area event. A fall bazaar is being held in Pittsburg`s Meadowbrook mall through Saturday. Fifteen area organizations are taking part in the event to help increase public awareness of their business. Those participating range from church groups to Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat Humanity and the Family Readiness Group. Participants from the Southeast Kansas Humane Society say the bazaar gives them more exposure in the community by allowing businesses to distribute literature on their organization.
