Just over a week after he was arrested, the owner of almost a dozen game fighting cocks has turned them loose. McDonald County Sheriff Robert Evenson says his deputies went to collect to the birds at the home of Dana Waddle. The birds were scheduled to be euthanized. Around 80 hens, chickens and the eight remaining roosters had all been let loose. Sheriff Evenson says the owner was told to collect the birds this morning.
