A landmark ruling recognizing same-sex marriages is sparking debate across the nation. The Massachusetts Supreme Court has ruled that not recognizing a same sex marriage is against its constitution. But as of now it`s only a court ruling and one that could be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
