A local high school principal resigns after being charged with indecent exposure. 58-year old Diamond High School Principal Robert Blizzard voluntarily turned himself in Friday on the charges and resigned from his position. On November 13th, a truck driver told the Oklahoma Highway Patrol that he saw a man fondling himself while driving down the Will Rogers turnpike with his dome light on. Blizzard signed a report admitting to the incident. Blizzard is currently free on 10-thousand dollars bond. He was in his fourth year as principal at Diamond. Reported By: Robin Rogers
