Haskins Dies

A Miami, Oklahoma man who was shot in the head by police last month has died in a Joplin hospital. 37-year old Andrew Roy Haskins had been in critical condition since december third. That`s when Ottawa County officials were called by Haskins` wife for a domestic dispute at a home in Miami. Officers tracked haskins to a vacant lot. It was there Haskins pointed a rifle at officers and they in turn opened fire. District attorney Eddie Wyant has since ruled the shooting as justifiable. Reported By: Sheradee Hurst
