Joplin Shooting

Police continue their search for a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting in Joplin. The shooting happened about five forty five yesterday evening at a home at 1303 Furnance. Police tell KSN the suspect entered the house with a gun and demanded money from the homeowner. That`s when he shot Bobby Joe Mingo twice with a handgun and fled the scene. Police say the suspect is a black male. He is about six foot to six foot two with a thin build and braided hair. The victim was taken to a local hospital in good condition. Reported By: Jim Jackson
