Parsons Shooting

Police make two arrests in connection to an area shooting. 21 year old Bryan Michael Vail and 20 year old Michelle Carolina Martinez were taken into custody this morning by Wichita Police Officers in connection to the incident. Police say the suspects shot 22-year old Douglas Heiskell in the leg outside the victim`s home at 1209 Washington in Parsons last night. The suspects were this morning found in a hotel in Wichita. They were taken to the Sedgwick County Jail in Wichita where they will soon be returned to labette county. The victim was treated for his injures in an area hospital. Reported By:Pricilla Mace
