School Theft

A school educator is arrested for stealing money. 40-year old Sandra Began of Liberal is accused of stealing nearly 52-thousand dollars from the Liberal school district. She was employed by the school as the parent educator for the parents as teachers program. After the Liberal school district discovered inconsistencies in the books, an investigation was launched in March 2003 by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
