The total is in and Four State residents gave from the bottom of their pocketbooks. During a boot block campaign in Carthage yesterday, volunteers raised a little over $5,000 for the victims of the terrorist attacks. Motorists generously dropped cash and checks into the boots of Carthage ambulance, fire and law enforcement workers. The money will go to the Twin Towers Fund set up by New York Mayor Rudy Guliani.
