A four state day care is under investigation by a local Sheriff`s Department. Tuesday allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior were made against the owners of Evelyn`s Day Care in Southern Delaware County seen here. Delaware County authorities say after two girls ages 6 and 9 told their mom they`d been touched inappropriately and shown pornographic movies. Arrest warrants were issued for 43-year-old Delbert Luper and 26-year-old Evelyn Luper both of little Kansas for lewd acts against minor children.
Anyone who has attended or visited Evelyn`s Daycare is being urged to contact the Delaware County Sheriff`s Department at (918) 253-4531.
