An area man accused of fatally shooting his son-in-law is back in court for the second time in as many days.62-year old Roger Lee Lawrence was in a Delaware County courtroom for the second day in a row. Today, Lawrence received a court-appointed public defender. He is accused of fatally shooting his son-in-law,30-year old Scott Borton of Grove, Oklahoma, this weekend at Lawrence`s home in Bernice. Lawrence has been charged with first degree murder and discharging a firearm with the intent to kill. He is being held in the Delaware County Jail without bond. He will be back in court on April 27th. Reported By: Robin Rogers
