Beckman Sentenced

A Bourbon County man is sentenced for the murder of an elderly woman. Uriah Becman has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for fifty years. Beckman was found guilty of last year`s murder of a 72-year-old Fort Scott woman as well as aggravated burglary. Beckman will also be facing another 128 months in prison for the aggravated burglary conviction. Beckman pleaded guilty to the crime earlier this month. Reported By: Jennifer Grannan
