Pools Open

With the 80`s this holiday some people are cooling off in area pools. Ewert park in Joplin is just one of many city pools which opened this Memorial Day weekend. This is only the third day the pool has been open, and more than 150 kids and adults were on hand today to take a swim. The pools are open six days a week with the exception of Thursday from one pm until six. You can take a dip in the Ewert pool for $2.50 for kids and $3.50 for adults. The pool is located at 7th and Illiois in Joplin. Reported By: Brad Douglas
