Joplin City Council Update

A new multi million dollar shopping complex will soon become a reality in Joplin. On Monday, the Joplin City Council gave final approval for the tax increment financing plan for the Kohl`s shopping development. The 60 million dollar shopping complex is being built between Northpark mall and Target. City leaders say its important to bring quality stores to the area. Developers have already started moving dirt on the project. Reported By: Jim Jackson
