Gas Leak

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Leaking diesel fuel at an area truck stop is causing a concern for one community. The Department of Natural Resources says an anonymous caller informed them of leaking fuel coming from Lamarti`s in Lamar Heights. Emergency crews dug a trench to keep the fuel from going any further and the recovery process began. While the leak is causing problems for Lamarti`s there is good news from the DNR. There is still no timetable for exactly how long the clean-up process will take. Written By: Kelli Baldwin
