Carol welcomes Vicki Mays, who demonstrates her family's favorite holiday brunch: breakfast pizza.

Recipe:
2 pkg crescent rolls
1 bag O'Brien potatoes
1 lb sausage
6 beaten eggs, or 1 carton Egg Beaters
8 oz. grated cheese

Cook the sausage. Spread the crescent rolls flat on a cookie sheet. Spread sausage over dough, and potatoes over both. Pour beaten eggs or Egg Beaters over mixture. Add cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until eggs are set. Can be refrigerated or frozen and reheated. -- Vicki Mays
