A four state county declares a state of emergency after a weekend storm rages through many communities. Labette County, Kansas has declared a local disaster state of emergency after high winds, heavy rain and hail sweeped through the area Sunday. The town of Oswego suffered some of the most damage in the area. Cleanup crews say every block in Oswego suffered some kind of damage. Fallen trees and electricity poles knocked out power in most of the area. Some residents have had their power turned back on, but many in the area are still without power at this time. Crews expect to have full power back in the area within 24 hours. Reported By: Priscilla Mace
