Loy Sentenced

A Pittsburg Kansas accountant is headed to jail after pleading guilty to mail fraud. 53-year-old Michael Loy has pleaded guilty to mail fraud, wire fraud and interstate transportation of stolen property. Authorities say Loy committed these acts while he was an accountant and custodian of the Norvelle Deruy trust. Loy faces five years in federal prision without parole for mail fraud, five years for wire fraud and ten for interstate transportation of stolen property. The sentencing is set for September 20th.
