A Four State police chief turns himself in after law enforcement pursue an investigation. The now-former Granby Police Chief, Ken Brady, has been charged with the fraudulent use of a credit device. In a statement to authorities Brady admitted to using a Granby man`s information to apply for a credit card. He then used that card to get $200 from an ATM machine. Brady turned himself in to Newton County Authorities this morning after a warrant was issued for his arrest, late yesterday afternoon. Brady faces only one felony charge at this time, but more charges could come in the next few days. Brady posted $1,500 bond shortly after his arrest.
