In the suit, the parents of one of the players are asking for damages to be assessed after the incident.

In August of 2010, several members of the Seneca football team were accused of hazing other team mates at a football camp on the campus of Pittsburg State University.

Eleven students were accused of the hazing acts.

Some members of the coaching staff were placed on a one year probation after the incident came to light.

Seneca school district superintendent Steve Wilmoth says he is aware of the law suit, and that the district's insurance company will be handling it.
