Delaware County Man On the Run After Charged With Sexually Abusing a Minor

JAY, OK.-- A Delaware County man who's accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl is on the run.

Police are looking for 44 year old Ronnie Elmore of Jay.

Elmore was arrested back in November after complaints of child abuse.

According to the arrest affidavit police found out he was physically abusing a 13 year old boy and sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl.

Police also found child pornography on Elmore's phone.

Charges were dropped April 10th and were re-filed on April 18th but Elmore did not show up for his court date.
