Car Accident Involving Galena Police Car

GALENA, KS.--A car accident involving a Galena Police Car puts 3 people in the hospital including the officer.

Kansas State Highway Troopers say it happened around 4 o clock this afternoon at the intersection of 7th and Chicago street in Galena.

You can see the police car getting towed in this video.

The driver was 24 year old Brandon Hay.

Hay was heading heading north on Chicago when he pulled out in front of another car heading east on 7th.

Troopers say Hay and the 2 people in the other car were taken to Freeman Health System.

No word yet on their conditions.
