Free Alzheimer`s Seminar

Its a disease that robs the mind, but leaves the body in tact and can shatter the lives of those who care for Alzheimer`s victims. Freeman Hospital is holding a free seminar on that topic tonight at Health Essentials at 1130 East 32nd Street in Joplin. Dr. Christopher Andrew, a neurologist with Freeman Hospital, will talk about what`s next after the diagnosis is made. The Freeman Alzheimer`s and Dementia Support Group meets each month. Tonight`s meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. for more information contact the Senior Serenity Program at 417-347-5876.
