By September 1, administrators with Ortho Four States in Galena expect to open a brand new medical office building.
By December 1, they are anticipating a new hospital with full surgical suits to up and running.
The hospital is part of a partnership with the city of Galena, who actually owns the hospital's operational license.
Administrators say good weather so far this year has helped them keep on schedule.
