Nine daycares closed following the tornado. This is the fourth one to reopen.
Thursday, the owners dedicated the daycare to kids that used to attend the facility. Zachary Treadwell died from injuries sustained in last year's storm. Devin Allen Christeson died from a brain tumor a couple years ago
"It means a very lot to us," Ray Malcom, Kids Korner co-owner, says. "The very first thing my wife said when we decided to rebuild it has to be for the little boys."
Malcom says they've seen an overwhelming level of interest in enrollment.
"There's a huge demand out there for daycares right now," Malcom says. "We're just thrilled to death to help parents out. We've had tons and tons of calls about when are you going to open."
Kids Korner is still enrolling. The daycare can watch up to 16 infants and 28 kids that are toddlers and up.
